Tasks:

Operations:

Analyze and optimize Industrial Processes (Focus on Assembly Processes)
Perform basic RC/NRC(Recurring Costs/Non Recurring Costs) assessments for industrial changes and improvements.
Define robust Build Concepts.
Apply System Engineering principles to manage industrial interfaces.
Liaise between Design and Production

Customer service and relationship:

Entrepreneurial thinking and action
Ability to convince and take initiative
Communication and presentation skills
Team-ability and interpersonal skills

Compliance:

Act as Guardian of the temple with regard to compliance, P2P standard process and business rules:
ensure that all compliance and internal control related topics are followed by using the correct procedures when processing documents
Be alert to fraud attempts and promote compliance amongst internal and external stakeholders

Continuous improvement and projects / tools:

Support continuous improvement opportunities and solution implementation, working with colleagues, customers, suppliers, to solve issues and roll-out improvements
Actively participate to trans-functional /trans-national projects and tools supporting the P2P process

Skills:

A Bachelor's degree in one of the following fields:

Aerospace Engineering
Engineering
Aeronautical Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Composite Materials
Industrial Engineering

Team player with excellent communication skills
Basic knowledge of project management
