DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is seeking a dedicated and reliable Finance Assistant (m/f/d) for a financial authority located in Frankfurt am Main. In this position, you will support the finance team with administrative and organizational tasks and ensure that financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Coordination of approval and reimbursement processes for staff assignments, including liaison with the travel agency
Management of financial records and support in budget planning activities
Coordination of asset tracking and registration in accordance with the AMLA financial system
Support to the Finance and Procurement Unit in contract filing and document review/correction
Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, procurement, or administrative support roles
Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Native-level English; German at B2 level is advantageous
Team-oriented, strong communication skills, and meticulous work approach
Experience in international or multicultural work environments is a plus
