DEKRA Arbeit GmbH is looking, at Frankfurt am Main, for a committed Facilities and Logistics Assistant (m/f/d) to strengthen our team for our client in the financial administration sector. In this position, you will be responsible for the technical supervision and maintenance of the building. We offer you a dynamic working environment in which your skills are valued.
Responsibilities:
Ensuring the functionality of technical facilities and providing front office support
Carrying out maintenance and repair work
Monitoring safety regulations and coordinating service providers
Organizing meetings and visits, as well as providing support during relocations
Documentation, follow-up, and preparation of reports
Requirements:
Completed vocational training in building services engineering, office administration, or a comparable qualification
At least 2 years of relevant professional experience
Good MS Office skills; experience with SharePoint is an advantage
German (B2) and English, proficient in spoken and written communication
Strong organizational skills, service-oriented, team-oriented, and reliable
