Tasks:
Driving Risk & opportunities in Cabin / ESI / MSI perimeter
Decision and application of parts of the Programme strategy, incl. continuous improvement
Supporting the lead / leading strategic, de-risking, competitive and continuous improvement initiatives and projects in line with the programme objectives
Creating / Drumbeating / Delivering Project management milestone documents according to applied project management methodology
Managing crisis by exception, including arbitration between programmes, line fit and in service
Supporting dedicated WB Programme governance and set up of new ways of working within the team
Escalation bottom up to Management and Communication top-down to Cabin Commodities
Allocating AOP (Airbus Operational Planning) budget and decision making for dedicated budget lines
Skills:
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Experience working with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and business teams
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
