In collaboration with our offices throughout Europe, the DEKRA Arbeit Group supports you with the recruitment and selection of foreign workers for the German labour market through the international exchange of skilled workers. In this way, we confront the persistently high shortage of skilled workers, and are able to present our customer companies an expanded selection of qualified candidates, even in highly competitive professional sectors. Our experts are currently active in 20 European countries, approaching candidates in a targeted manner, as well as taking numerous organisational measures to simplify the application and employment process. This includes, among other things, the coordination of Skype and/or telephone interviews, the review of documents and certificates in the context of meeting German requirements for the recognition of foreign qualifications, the organisation and management of travel, including the booking of accommodation close to the workplace, right through to dealing with the relevant authorities, completing the necessary registrations, and applying for a tax ID number.
