Germany’s customer champions 2018
The DEKRA Arbeit Group was once again honoured as one of Germany’s most customer-friendly companies during the festive finale of the "Germany's Customer Champions" competition. This year, the Stuttgart-based company was even among the finalists for the top rankings, eventually finishing in an impressive third place overall in the “B2B with 500+ employees” category.
“As a company, and especially as a personnel service provider, a high level of customer satisfaction is, of course, the greatest compliment and an indispensable ingredient of our success”, said Suzana Bernhard, Managing Director of the DEKRA Arbeit Group. “We are even more delighted that not only did we validate last year's award, we even outperformed ourselves with our podium placing this year. My thanks go not only to our customers for rating us so positively, but above all to our 110 offices throughout Germany for their passion in helping us to achieve this extraordinary level of customer loyalty and customer satisfaction.”
The “Germany's Customer Champion” awards, taking place this year for the tenth time already, are held by the German Society for Quality e. V. (DGQ), the F.A.Z.-Institut and the HMforum. GmbH. When selecting the winners, they take into account not just the overall satisfaction of customers, but also their emotional attachment to the brand. The awards ceremony is traditionally held in Mainz.
