Website relaunch for even more service and convenience

 

Ms. Bernhard, congratulations on the new online presence of the DEKRA Arbeit Group. Thank you very much. 

We are also very pleased with the successful launch of our revamped website.

 

It looks really smart - and you can guess how much work went into it. 

In fact, our marketing department has invested a lot of time and creativity in the redesign of our homepage over the past few months. With - in my opinion - a really great result. I would therefore like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved.

 

What were the reasons for completely redesigning the company website? 

We opted for a completely new online presence instead of the usual regular website updates for two reasons. Firstly, we had reached certain technical limits with our previous homepage, which were no longer on a par with our own progress in digitalization, but also with general web-based developments. In order to provide our employees and offices, but above all our numerous website visitors, with an all-round modern and up-to-date user experience, something more than a selective upgrade was required.

 

And the second reason?  

Another aspect was the continuous expansion of our HR service portfolio, which was no longer visible to our customers, applicants and service partners at a glance - or rather with just a few clicks - in the previous website structure. Especially not on mobile devices, which are used by over 60 percent of our website visitors. Thanks to the new technology and a user-friendly content structure, users now have a much better overall overview, can obtain even more targeted information, interact faster and experience all content, links and social media connections perfectly from any device.

 

You are talking about an expanded service portfolio. What services are involved here? 

In addition to traditional staffing on the customer side through employee leasing or targeted recruitment, we are also supporting more and more companies in the strategic or organizational area. From the overall handling of payroll management to a wide range of HR consulting services to optimize internal structures or targeted employee analyses in terms of the further development or retention of top performers, we have also been offering our customers project-related support solutions in the areas of mobility, digital fleet solutions, event and promotion or even tailor-made logistics and vehicle services for some time now. In other words, a wide range of additional services that underpin our HR expertise with innovative tools and efficient implementation measures.

 

Sounds like an exciting overall package for HR managers and corporate decision-makers. 

Absolutely. And especially in difficult economic times, it's worth taking a look at our expanded service portfolio, as it has already saved many of our customers a lot of time, effort and, above all, costs.
