Successful project gains reach across Germany

The cooperation between Alphabet Fuhrparkmanagement GmbH and DEKRA Event & Logistic Services GmbH, which has been in place since May 2019, was expanded to include five additional locations in Munich in February 2021, thus offering customers in the Bavarian capital an extended mobility service.

At more than 30 locations in Germany, customers of BMW and MINI branches are offered flexible rental solutions ranging from a few hours to several weeks in cooperation with DEKRA. Under the BMW Rent | MINI Rent brand, customers can expect a large selection of premium vehicles as well as a service-oriented team and worry-free all-round support from DEKRA employees on site. The rental representatives are comprehensively trained in advance by the experienced project team and fully accompany the customer from the booking of the rental vehicle to the personal vehicle return.

DEKRA also reconditions the vehicles at the end of each rental on behalf of Alphabet. In addition to the as-new BMW and MINI vehicles, Alphabet also provides the infrastructure on site. As a BMW Group company, Alphabet meets the same high quality and process standards as the parent company.

Due to the positive customer response as well as steadily growing usage figures, the service-oriented rental car solution is to be further expanded in the future in order to be able to offer interested parties and BMW and MINI customers flexible mobility at even more locations.
