DEKRA Arbeit Group signs the Diversity Charter

The Charter is a corporate initiative that has been in place since 2007 to promote diversity in companies and organizations. signatories voluntarily commit to promoting a corporate culture that is characterized by recognition, appreciation and inclusion of diversity. The patron of the Diversity Charter is German Chancellor Dr. Angela Merkel.

“As a personnel services company that thinks in terms of partnership and an important pillar of the national and regional labor market, we in particular want to send out a signal by signing the Diversity Charter,” says Suzana Bernhard, Managing Director of the DEKRA Arbeit Group. "Respect, acceptance and mutual trust are more important than ever in our global society and form the foundation of our economic future. Only those who view employee diversity as an opportunity and take people's individual needs seriously will be able to meet modern challenges in the long term."
