Employment Law Breakfast in Melle

On 8 October, we hosted our Employment Law Breakfast at the Weberhaus in Melle, welcoming numerous industry experts as well as managerial and HR professionals. During the live seminar, Jens Siebert, certified specialist lawyer for employment law, provided an update on current developments and practical issues shaping today’s workplace.

 

The session focused on key questions spanning the entire employee lifecycle—from onboarding new team members and conducting effective performance discussions to the legally compliant termination of employment relationships. Particular attention was given to managerial rights and clear communication, the correct handling of working hours and overtime, and practical options for addressing performance issues and managing dismissals.

 

Participants gained valuable insights and actionable recommendations to navigate employment law matters with confidence and legal certainty within their organizations.
