Temporary work is often subject to public criticism, but recent figures tell a different story. A nationwide, anonymous survey of approximately 1,900 employees at DEKRA Arbeit Group – one of Germany’s leading staffing service providers – shows that around 90% of temporary workers are satisfied with their current role. Nearly half (49%) even describe themselves as very satisfied.
The results clearly show that job satisfaction in temporary work is much higher than its public image suggests. 88% of respondents say their expectations have been met, while 23% report their experience has been even more positive than expected. DEKRA Arbeit Group stands out as an employee-focused staffing partner offering stable and promising opportunities in temporary work.
Two-thirds (67%) of employees would recommend their temporary work agency – a strong vote of confidence. Around 43% found their position at DEKRA Arbeit Group through recommendations from friends or family, which speaks to lasting satisfaction and positive experiences in temporary work. About 7% are returning to the workforce and deliberately chose to re-enter the world of temporary work. The bottom line: for many, choosing temporary work with DEKRA Arbeit Group is a conscious and strategic career move.
“The high satisfaction of our employees and the strong rate of referrals from people who know us professionally make us incredibly proud and grateful,” says Suzana Bernhard, Managing Director of the DEKRA Arbeit Group. “No matter their background or reasons for joining us – people can always count on real job opportunities and our full dedication when it comes to planning their career.”
