DEKRA Arbeit Switzerland acquires Transteam Personal AG

Personnel service provider expands branch network

With effect from June 1, 2018, DEKRA Arbeit (Schweiz) Verwaltungs AG has taken over Transteam Personal AG. With this acquisition, the DEKRA Arbeit Group, which operates throughout Europe, is expanding its network with new locations in Basel, Chur, Sargans, Buchs SG and Wil. DEKRA Arbeit now operates a total of seven branches in Switzerland, including the existing locations in Oftringen and St. Gallen.

DEKRA Arbeit (Schweiz) Verwaltungs AG was founded by the DEKRA Arbeit Group in 2016. The Group offers comprehensive HR solutions to international customers in sixteen countries, including Germany, Austria, Spain and large parts of Eastern Europe.
