Another dual success for the DEKRA Arbeit Group
The DEKRA Arbeit Group is kicking off the second half of 2019 with two very pleasing results. The Stuttgart-based personnel service provider recently received two prestigious industry awards, confirming its positive customer ratings of recent years. For the fifth time in a row, DEKRA Arbeit has won both the “Germany’s Customer Champions” award, and has been singled out as one of Germany’s “TOP Personnel Service Providers” in a survey carried out by FOKUS magazine.
“Although we have already won these two awards several times in succession, it is always a special honour and a great pleasure for us,” says Suzana Bernhard, Managing Director of the DEKRA Arbeit Group. “We never take our results for granted, so these awards are a validation of our day-to-day work and our positive cooperation with our customer companies throughout Germany.”
The “Germany's Customer Champions” awards are held by the German Society for Quality e. V. (DGQ), the F.A.Z.-Institut and the HMforum. GmbH. When selecting the winners, they take into account not just the overall satisfaction of customers, but also their emotional attachment to the brand.
The “TOP Personnel Service Provider” is based on the results of a survey carried out by Fokus magazine in cooperation with renowned statistics portal, statista. They interview more than 2,000 HR managers who have had personal experience with personnel service providers. Out of more than 1,000 personnel service providers, only the most successful providers end up receiving the coveted industry award.
