The labour contract with a temporary employment agency is subject to general legal requirements like Statuatory Sick Pay, maternity protection, acts regarding severe disability, etc.. Hence it is a regulated permanent position which includes all social benefits. This also fully applies to periods out of work if no suitable position within a customer´s company is available.Your remuneration is determined by the performances and tasks defined in the contract of labour. As since 2004 DEKRA Arbeit joined the collective labour agreement of the German Association of Private Employment Agencies, you can also be sure that your wage level is within a frame usually paid in your field of occupation.
