Due to ever changing general conditions of the labour market, new labour regulations and guidelines (like for example the implementation of the AGG – The General Equal Treatment Act) it gets more and more difficult and untransparent for companies to meet the legally set requirements.

We point out the actual effects of the new General Equal Treatment Act (AGG), how you can reduce your liability risk by training your employees and avoid claims for damages and/or compensation. But also flexibility in the human resource management, outsourcing and commissioning (legal consequences of § 613a BGB (German Civil Code)) as well as on-the-job training are issues which you will be informed about in our individual training courses
