DEKRA Arbeit GmbH, a subsidiary of DEKRA AG, was founded in 1998 and since then is one of the most successful placement-oriented personnel services companies in Germany. With presently over 90 offices throughout Germany, DEKRA Arbeit is one of the cornerstones of the Business Unit Personnel. In association with DEKRA Akademie this unit offers a broad range of solutions for advanced education, a flexible supply of temporary workers and placement service as well as personnel and outplacement consulting.
The core competence of DEKRA Arbeit is in the realisation of an innovative and business-oriented concept of temporary employment that is always geared to the conditions of the labour market and the requirements of the economy. It is our objective target to realise an employee-concept which is tailored to the individual requirements of our customers with the efficient creation of flexible working methods.
Apart from a focus on personnel services in the commercial and technical field, the DEKRA Arbeit offers a broad portfolio of qualified commercial and business personnel and management assistants, employees in the fair-, event- and hotel sector and qualified medical personnel. In order to offer our services in the usual DEKRA-quality, according areas were founded with DEKRA Commercial Services & Engineering GmbH and DEKRA Event & Logistic Services GmbH.
Since 2002, DEKRA Arbeit GmbH also operates internationally. With the establishment of a comprehensive office-network in Croatia and with newly founded offices in locations in Serbia/Montenegro, Hungary, Slovakia und Czech Republic, Bosnia/Herzegovina and Spain we are able to successfully offer our services as well in the South-East-European region.
